Job Order
A detailed job order will be taken before the search process begins.
This job description will include everything from your company's personality
and culture to exactly who candidates will be selling to and what type of
decision-makers they will be expected to call on.
The Search
We will search our existing database of qualified candidates. In addition,
our knowledge of the industry allows us to call into key competitors and
other companies that can provide you with an ideal candidate.
The Interview Process
Our interviews are highly sales-focused, encompassing everything from quotas,
to performance and real salary information. Resume misinformation and omissions
are uncovered in this stage. Most importantly, through the interview process,
candidates are identified as HUNTERS or Farmers, allowing us to deliver
the strongest possible recommendation.
The Interview Follow-up
After the interview, we will find out what questions you may still have
regarding the candidate and provide you with the candidate's feedback as
well. In the event you are seriously considering an offer, we will provide
you with employee references, so that you may inquire first hand about candidate's
past sales performance, etc.
The Offer
We will present the offer, or it can come straight from you. Regardless,
we will monitor the candidate, offer a quick turnaround time and help in
the closing process.
The 90 Day Review
Most, if any, problems usually arise within the initial 90-day period. During
that period, we will follow-up with both the candidate and client company.
During this review we will speak with both the client and the candidate,
uncovering any potential concerns that need to be addressed and resolved.
